Job Summary: The Product Support Specialist will drive technical assistance to support and encourage growth with established and new Core-end users, Channel partners & OEM’s by managing relationships, providing technical direction, and increasing productivity for customers. You will be the technical support system for all GWS company activities regarding holemaking. The ideal candidate will have a real-world knowledge of cutting tools, machine tools, machine shop operations, tool sales, and customer service.
